According to Football Insider, Tottenham Hotspur has been been offered the chance to re-sign Christian Eriksen by Inter Milan.
Inter Milan are ready to sell or loan their January signing after failing to offload the Danish International late in the summer transfer window.
Inter have offered clubs across Europe a chance to sign Christian with his former club Tottenham Hotspur said to be also on the list. The I Nerazzurri are keen to offload multiple stars with huge contracts in order to raise funds for future purchases.
The Denmark star has failed to lit up the San Siro since his £17m arrival with goals and assists contributed during the 20-21 season and looks a shadow of the player that contributed to 56 goals and 62 assists in seven years at The White Hart Lane.
Currently sitting on a £200,000-a-week contract, it will be tough for Inter Milan to offload him as clubs across Europe continue their struggle to manage expenses due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and looking at Eriksen’s current playing form it will be a huge financial risk.
