Victor Wanyama has returned to Tottenham’s camp after spending his holidays in Zanzibar and Kenya. He took part in pre-season training with fellow teammates as he prepares for an upcoming pre-season tour in the USA.
The defensive midfielder had a less active season last year as he suffered injuries and got minimal play-time.
The Kenyan captain had a busy vacation at home as he met Sports Cabinet Secretary of Kenya Rashid Echesa and also organized a one-day football tournament which aimed at nurturing young talents.
Wanyama would be looking to get back in shape and stay fit for the next season aiming to get regular play-time.
Tottenham Hotspur is set to face AS Roma, FC Barcelona and AC Milan in their pre-season tour in the USA.
