OH! Horror at Goodinson park, the match we had was not only difficult for the referee but also was marred by a horror injury suffered by Andre Gomes.

The Portuguese appeared to break his leg after stumbling into Serge Aurier from a challenge by Heung-min Son. It was a horrible incident very tough to watch and Son, who is considered one of the nicest men in World football, appeared distraught by the damage caused.

Hopefully, Gomes gets best of diagnosis possible and make a speedy recovery. All my wishes to him…

All the Spurs faithful had nothing but sympathy for Andre Gomes but were also amazed by ref’s decision after viewing the caused damage. Heung-min Son was shown the red card by Matrin Atkinson and despite it being a terrible injury, red card seemed harsh. And former Tottenham striker Gary Lineker went on to point it out.

Son, however would not have, made it past that point – Poch would have subbed him off over his distraught to the Gomes incidence. Though Spurs were down to ten men and which seemed not the right decision.

However, that’s not important right now – What’s important is Andre Gomes have a speedy recovery and we see him running and smiling on the pitch soon.
