Christian Eriksen is contracted with Spurs only till 1st June, 2020 and the Lilywhites risk losing him for nothing in the summer if they don’t find a common ground with Eriksen & his representatives. Levy, not risking losing Eriksen for free, is willing to sell him in January and reportedly are playing hardball to rise the price upto around €20m for an immediate sale, whereas the initial Inter offer was reported only €10m exclusive of bonuses.

Sportitalia reported this morning that Inter raised their bid to €15 million plus add ons and as of now it seems like the Blues from Milan are rather persistent to get the deal over the line soon.

Spurs’ already have brought in Gedson Fernandes to fill in for departing Eriksen, though there also are reports claiming Uruguay international Matias Vecino could be included as part of Eriksen deal.
