Eriksen has told Tottenham Hotspur that he is willing to leave London, the earliest. The Dane wants to leave in January and has Inter keeping a tap on him with the Seria A club most likely to sign him.

The 27-year-old attacking midfielder has his contract terminating this summer and has refused to sign a new contract with the club.

Although Jose Mourinho has affirmed that Christian Eriksen may stay at Tottenham Hotspur at least until the end of June but the player is persistent to leave the club once the winter window opens.

There have been rumours of Eriksen leaving for Real Madrid and even Manchester United but the recent interest from Inter Milan and Antonio Conte’s obstinacy to win the Seria A may well take the Danish midfielder to Italy.

Conte has been a big fan of Christian Eriksen and badly wants him to strengthen the attack. Eriksen, as such, has not gotten starts under Mourinho or even Pochettino because of his stubbornness to leave Tottenham.

Mourinho seems to be developing a life at Tottenham without Eriksen even before his departure. Keeping everything in mind, a January move for Eriksen seems most likely and biggest happening of the January transfer window.
