Tottenham Hotspur have had the better Christmas period than any other club going unbeaten in 5 league games and climbing to the 2nd position in the league.
Spurs have already qualified for the semi-finals of the League Cup by defeating their city rivals Arsenal and have also booked their place in the last 16 of the Champions League.
Since November the schedule has got hectic for clubs and Spurs have thrived under pressure and thrashed Everton and Bournemouth 6-2 and 5-0 respectively.
Talking to Football London talked about the hectic schedule and how he doesn’t want it to end.
Pochettino said to Football London: “Yes, very happy. If we are capable to keep the momentum it is good to have a lot of games to play every two or three days.
“When you build that confidence and trust, it is important to show it in the competition. In the same way when you are not in a good period or momentum you need time and if it arrives the games quickly then you always struggle to change the dynamic.
“To keep the momentum and not change to much and do the thing we need to do to help the player to recover the energy to be ready to compete every single game and be right in our decision how we help the team, adding fresh legs in the right moment.”
