Real Madrid linked Eriksen’s future at the club has been uncertain for the past 1 year. however new reports reveal that the club are ‘increasingly confident’ that the Dane international will sign a new contract at the club.
Eriksen refused to sign a new contract last summer and stalled talks over a new contract after reports of interest from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich came out. The former Ajax player has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the world and one of the most loved player by the Spurs fans.

Tottenham are offering Eriksen increased wage to see him earn at par with the likes of Harry Kane and Dele Alli. Eriksen earns around €75k per week and the club are willing to double the player’s wage in order to fend of interest from Spanish giants rel Madrid who have made signing the player their priority this summer.
